Al Dahl is an experienced REALTOR® serving White Rock, South Surrey and surrounding communities with eXp Realty of Canada, Inc. His real-estate career extends back more than two decades, with residential listings dating to at least 1998.
Earlier in his career, Al worked with Lighthouse Realty Ltd., representing homeowners and buyers across a range of residential properties including detached homes, ranchers, townhomes and retirement-oriented properties.
Over the years, Al has gained experience helping clients through many different stages of home ownership. His background gives him a practical understanding of both the financial and personal considerations involved in selling a long-time family home and choosing what comes next.
A Growing Focus
A growing focus of Al's business is helping homeowners aged 55+ plan for downsizing. For many clients, downsizing involves much more than simply putting a house on the market. It can mean deciding whether the time is right to move, understanding the value of a long-time family home, determining how much equity could be released, considering a condo or townhouse, understanding strata living, dealing with decades of possessions and finding a home that will continue to meet future needs.
Al's goal is to become a trusted downsizing resource for White Rock and South Surrey homeowners. He can help clients understand the real-estate side of the transition while connecting them, when appropriate, with other professionals and services that can make the move easier.
Today, his work includes the White Rock and South Surrey market, with particular relevance to homeowners considering condos, townhomes, smaller residences and 55+ communities.
